About BIG4 Holiday Perks
What perks do I get as a BIG4 Holiday Perks+ member?
You will save up to 10% (up to $50) on every BIG4 booking for two-years, when you book direct. Plus, you get great in-park Perks which could include free upgrades, go-cart hire, mini golf and a bunch of other great perks. Members also receive great offers from partners, which gives you savings on things like vehicle safety checks, car and campervan hire, plus loads of discounts on local activities and attractions.

Once you have joined ($50 for two-years) you can start saving straight away using your digital membership card.
The changes to the discount cap from $40 to $50 for Perks+ members will only apply to new bookings made after 19 June 2018.
What is the difference between Perks+ and VIPerks?
BIG4 Holiday Perks has two types of members – Perks+ and VIPerks.
Perks+ members save up to $50* on every booking, and VIPerks members enjoy an uncapped saving of 10%^. VIPerks members are also treated to extra discounts on local activities and attractions.
A VIPerks upgrade is free and given to loyal Perks+ members who have spent $4000 and stayed at more than one BIG4 park over two years. If you qualify for a free VIPerks upgrade, you will receive a notification automatically letting you know.

I’d like to be a BIG4 member. How do I join?
That’s great! We’d love you to be a part of the BIG4 Loyalty Club. There are a few different ways to join:

To join, it is just $50, which will allow you to enjoy the benefits of being a part of our BIG4 Holiday Perks+ family for a whole two years.
I am already a BIG4 Blue member – What do I need to do to join BIG4 Holiday Perks?
Nothing at all. You can sit back, relax and enjoy unpacking even more perks.
If you are already a BIG4 Blue member, then your membership has automatically been converted to a BIG4 Holiday Perks+ membership. Where you now save an extra $10 on every stay (now up to 10% up to $50 saving per booking) and get access to great in-park Perks, plus all the benefits you have come to enjoy.
From June 2018, the next time you renew your membership you will receive a great new look card.
I am a BIG4 Gold member - What do I need to do to join BIG4 Holiday Perks?
Nothing at all. You can sit back, relax and enjoy unpacking even more perks.
If you are already a BIG4 Gold member, then your membership has automatically been converted BIG4 VIPerks Where you can continue to save an uncapped 10%* and you now get access to great in-park Perks, plus all the benefits you have come to enjoy.
From June 2018, the next time you renew your membership you will receive a great new look card.
* Discount apply to a maximum stay of 28 days per park.
What has happened to my Status Credits?
As part of the relaunch of BIG4’s membership program in June 2018 Status Credits are being retired.
Any BIG4 holidays you have booked over the previous two years will continue to accrue towards a free VIPerks (previously Gold) membership upgrade.
It is now simpler and easier to be upgraded to the top-level membership, VIPerks. To receive an automatic upgrade to VIPerks, a Perks+ member must stay at two different BIG4 parks and spend over $4000 on accommodation over two years.

What is the difference between a physical and digital membership card?
All new Perks+ and VIPerks members will receive an email on the day they join with a digital membership card, so you can start saving straight away.
When you join up you will be asked if you want to receive a physical membership card. Both cards access the same great perks, but a digital card doesn’t clog up your wallet or end up in landfill. At BIG4 we aim to be as green as possible, so we can all continue to enjoy the great outdoors.

How long will it take to receive my physical membership card?
If you opted to receive a physical membership card, it will arrive in the post in around 2 – 3 weeks.

Can I lend my membership card to someone else?
Unfortunately, no, your membership perks are only extended to BIG4 members and cannot be lent to other guests. However, for only $50 for two years it is a great gift idea!
What do I do if I have lost my physical membership card?
Your digital membership card is available within your online account at any time –
Should you lose, misplace or for any reason require a replacement BIG4 membership card, you can just call us, and we can easily order one to be re-sent out to you. Your new card will arrive in the post in around 2 – 3 weeks.

Why do I need an online account?
Your online account is the fastest way to make a booking. It saves your personal details and automatically applies your member discount when you make a booking. You can also access your digital membership card at any time from within your online account
An online account also allows you to save a shortlist of your favourite parks and update your details at any time.
As a member do I have to receive your emails?
Our member emails include exclusive offers that are not available to the public, plus great competitions and travel advice and inspiration. So, it is a great idea to stay subscribed! However, if you’d prefer not to hear from us simply ‘unsubscribe’ from the bottom of one of our emails or update your communication preferences within your contact details.
Why do I have to give my personal details to join the membership program?
We have a strict privacy policy and never share your personal details with any third party. However, we need your personal details to take payment and to send you renewal notifications.

How do I update my personal details?

Why won’t the system accept my email address, it says it is already being used?
When you join as a BIG4 member your online account is already set up, you just need to set up a password. If you have not yet set up a password all you need to do is go
Renewing my membership
How do I renew my membership?
Renewing your membership is easy. You can renew online at
Your renewal is $50 for two-years packed with member perks.
Remember to renew before the expiry date so the holidays you have taken at BIG4 over the last two years continue to accrue towards a free VIPerks upgrade.
My membership has expired; can I still renew?
No problems. If your membership has expired, you can continue to enjoy great perks by logging into your online account and selecting ‘upgrade’ and purchasing a Perks+ membership, or you can call us on 1300 738 044 and (9.00am – 5.00pm Mon-Fri EST) we can take your payment over the phone.
You can continue to use the same Perks+ membership card and number once your upgrade has been processed.
My membership has expired will my bookings continue to accrue towards a VIPerks upgrade?
All new bookings will continue to accrue towards a VIPerks upgrade. However, if your membership lapsed your accrual balance towards a VIPerks upgrade will be reset. Accrual balances are unable to be reinstated if your membership passed its expiry date. So, it is always worth renewing your membership before the expiry date, so you can save even more.
Member Exclusive in-park Perks
What are in-park Perks?
BIG4 Holiday Perks+ and VIPerks members are offered great in-park Perks during their stays at BIG4 Holiday Parks across Australia.
In-park Perks are different from park to park, as each park can offer discounts on their specific park facilities and attractions. It could include things like early check-in, accommodation upgrades, go-cart hire or even mini-golf.
Members are entitled to a minimum of one in-park Perk per stay and can only be redeemed once. In-park Perks are upon request and subject to availability.

Affiliate parks that advertise on BIG4.com.au that are not BIG4 branded parks are unable to extend BIG4 members in-park Perks.

How do I make arrangements to receive in-Park Perks?
In-park Perks can be arranged directly with the park you are staying with. Simply show your membership card at check-in (either digital or physical) to receive your in-park Perks or make prior arrangements for early check-in and accommodation upgrades when required.
Can I use my in-Park Perk after I have checked-out?
Perks must be used during your stay with the Park and cannot be redeemed at a later date.
Can I give my in-park Perk to my friend?
No. Only the membership card holder is entitled to the in-park Perk.
I receive your BIG4 Holiday Perks newsletters. Am I entitled to in-park Perks?
Only Perks+ and VIPerks members are entitled to in-park Perks. You can join Perks+ at any time to save up to $50 on every booking, and access exclusive in-park Perks. To start enjoying the benefits go to here today.
Do I get access to all in-park Perks available on the Park Overview page?
You will receive a minimum of one in-park Perk during your stay. In-park Perks can be conditional – some may be available to only VIPerks members or cabin guests. Check the Parks Terms and Conditions for which in-park Perks are available for your booking.
Booking accommodation with my BIG4 Membership
Is my Membership discount still valid on my stay if my Membership expires before my stay?
e.g. it is July and I have just made a booking with BIG4 for the Christmas holidays using my BIG4 Membership. My Membership is due to expire before my trip; will I still receive my Member discount on my stay?
In this situation, your Membership discount would not be valid on your stay as a Membership needs to be current at the time of check-in and for the full period of the stay. But not to worry, if you arrive at a park to realise your Membership has expired since you placed your booking, the friendly reception staff will be happy to renew your Membership on the spot and then process your booking with your Member discount included.
Therefore, the Membership discount you will receive helps pay for the cost of renewal, meaning you have a little extra cash to spend on treating yourself while you’re away.
